You can return most products within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are unused and still have the tags attached.

How it works

  1. Start it online Open the Return Center and enter your order number.
  2. Pack it back up Send the item unused, with its tags on and in its original packaging.
  3. We confirm it arrived We email you when it reaches us, then again once the refund is approved or declined.
  4. The refund lands Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow three to four business days.

What we need

  • The original receipt for a refund on a store purchase. A gift receipt gets you store credit.
  • The item unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • All tags still attached. Items returned without them carry a 10% restocking fee.
  • The original packaging.

What we cannot take back

  • Dated special event items
  • Championship and playoff merchandise
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Custom orders, lettering and framing
  • Authentic jerseys, which can be exchanged for size only
  • Holiday ornaments
  • Autographed items
  • Traded and retired player jerseys and t-shirts
  • Clearance or closeout merchandise marked down 50% or more
  • Swimwear and undergarments
