Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway was the third overall pick in 1993 and quickly became one of the NBA's most dynamic guards. By 1994-95, he averaged 20.9 points, 7.2 assists, and 4.4 rebounds while forming a devastating duo with Shaquille O'Neal that carried Orlando to the NBA Finals.
