Return was difficult. Called to do an exchange, guy on the phone couldnt help me. Said to write a note in the box. I did asking for an exchange. I wrote and email 2x for an exchange, and it was not honored. They just told me to reorder. Lack of customer service.

The New Era size chart didn't work so I didn't get the right size, that's on me....They clipped me for $11.00 to ship the hat...want me to pay to ship it back (another $11.00) then charge me another $11.00 to ship a hat that fits...no thank you. So a hat that costs them $3.99 is going to cost me $44.99 plus $33.00 for shipping... HAHAHAHA Never Again.
