You can go to the Tools tab in your Presta Shop back office and click on the Import CSV link to get to this Importer.

Select what you would like to import: In this example it is set to Products

On the right hand side of the screen you will see the Available Fields

Field separator: needs to be set to a ,

it will default with a ; which will not work for you.

Do NOT  

Check either:

Delete all products before import?

Use product reference as key?

Next you need to click Next Step. That will take you to the next screen that will look like this.

If you are smart you will have the title of the Available Field in the top row on your spreadsheet so you will want to Skip 1 lines at the left hand top of the page and adjust the Fields at the top of each column. You can ignore and many columns as you want but you will have to use Name and you should always use a predetermined ID for ease of making any changes in the future. Don’t  forget to click the arrows at the top of the columns so that you don’t forget to Set all of the fields correctly or Ignore them if they are remaining the same. before you Import .CSV Data.
